Carlos has broad experience within the Architectural, Development, Urban Planning, Interior Design, and Construction field for over 22 years. Early in his career he served as project architect and manager for large-scale projects such as The Beach Club, Ocean III and IV, and Trump Grande, among others as well as multi-million dollar projects for Coca-Cola Enterprises. In 2002, Carlos started Vertex Architecture focusing on projects including high rises, commercial offices and retail, hospitality, private residences, and interior design. 

Carlos’s most recent work includes Via Mizner Luxury Apartments, Fourteen14, Terminal Island Garage, several Private Residences, Sky Lofts, Island City Lofts, as well as working with international interior designer Phillippe Starck on the Icon Brickell project, YOO+Arts Tower, Panama, and most recently the SLS South Beach and SLS Brickell. 

Carlos prides himself in offering his clients a full service firm providing personalized attention and creative and sustainable design solutions. Additionally, he has joined forces with Worldwide Modular, developing a prefabricated building solution that can be transported globally in standard shipping containers, and assembled quickly on site, improving construction time and quality and providing a sustainable building model. The successful construction of a prototype building in North Miami has led the team to pursue investment in order to expand a manufacturing facility. 

Carlos is a graduate of the University of Miami’s School of Architecture for both Undergraduate and Graduate Studies. He is a member of American Institutes of Architects (AIA), maintains certification with NCARB and became a LEED Accredited Professional in 2009, along with memberships with the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Society of American Registered Architects (SARA) and the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).

Vianny Sanguily

Principal - Urvan Management

Vianny Sanguily is a degreed Architect with broad and vast experience in design, construction management and project management.   Ms. Sanguily initiated her design career with Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership designing high end residential and mixed use developments.  She was the Project Architect for the Las Olas Beach Club and Icon South Beach high rise projects developing the overall architectural design with the firm’s principal. She expanded her experience on the construction and development side the Related Group, as Project Manager for such projects as ICON Brickell, before creating Urvan Management in 2009, and joining forces with UrvanX in 2013.
